This vanilla blueberry protein shake tastes like a blueberry pie, but it’s full of amazing nutrients, and is gluten-free and egg-free. All you need is a few short minutes to make the most out of your favorite native whey protein.

Ingredients

This recipe makes one shake and is 305 calories.

  • 1 scoop Pronativ Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup avocado (about 1/2 medium avocado)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated stevia

Preparation

Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup of ice cubes, 1 cup of frozen blueberries (fresh is okay, but your smoothie won’t be as cold), 1/4 cup of avocado, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 scoop of Pronativ vanilla whey protein powder, and 2 tablespoons of granulated stevia to your blender. Blend for about 30 to 45 seconds at full speed, or until it’s smooth. Serve immediately, or be sure to shake before drinking if you’re saving for later.
