PRONATIV® Chocolate Mint Smoothie

Everyone needs guilt-free dessert options. This Pronativ® chocolate mint smoothie has your recommended protein intake while tasting like a sweet and refreshing shake. All you need are five simple ingredients and a few short minutes to make the most out of your native whey protein.
½ cup Pronativ protein powder
3 cups milk (or milk substitute)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Put milk in the bottom of the blender first. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You can garnish with shaved chocolate and a fresh mint leaf. If you like it sweeter, cocoa powder can be substituted for chocolate syrup or any chocolate drink mix. This recipe serves two.
