PRONATIV® Ava-cado Coconut Smoothie

The greener the shake, the better the breakfast. This original Pronativ® Ava-cado Coconut Smoothie has a tropical taste and a creamy texture, and it’s packed with 15 grams of native whey protein. This shake is perfect for a morning boost of energy, or an easy way to get your muscles into recovery mode after a workout.
Ingredients
½ cup Pronativ protein powder
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
2 cups water
½ avocado, pitted
1 cup spinach
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
Put liquids in the bottom of the blender first to help the blades spin. Add protein powder, vanilla, sugar, spinach, salt, and avocado, and blend until smooth. Garnish the smoothie glass with toasted coconut flakes. This recipe serves two.
